How the ShoutOut stickers are created

*Very loud machinery noise accompanying Lasker as he attempts to report live from the ShoutOut Stickers Factory*

Hello helloooo! Can you hear me? *bzzttt* Am I live? *Bzzttsss* Ok ok .. here goes…
This is Lasker reporting live from the ShoutOut stickers Factory Stage 1.4896 Phase II. I am standing right here at the printing machine. This high tech device consists of a Color Printer and a Computer with Adobe Photoshop installed. The computer is sitting at this corner with the mouse over the Print button. Oops! Did I just click that? Aiks .. solly solly .. Ahhh.. here you some of the newly printed Stickers coming out!



Moving on! This corner right here is where the cutting process begins, I will not bore you with details, but it is all filled with lots of blades and very seasoned hands. *snip snip snip*

*Lasker takes a step towards his left. Suddenly a strange smell fills the air (smells like AlvinC’s gum!)*

Woohoo! This is where the still-squared ShoutOut stickers are given its stickyness! Why am I suddenly getting goose bumps all over, I have no idea. Hmm .. a double sided tape, each soon-to-be stickers are place one by one beside each other. My dog was lending its paw, after 3 stickers, it decided to take the rest of the day off.



Wheee… look look! Its done! All the ShoutOut stickers are now ready to be cut!



*Lasker suddenly gasps at what he saw in the next hall*

Oh my tuhan! We have 2 Wonders Of The World right here in Penang!
First we have the Great Wall of SO-Long



Looking towards the horizon, we have the Great Pyramid of SO-Big



*Staring, staring … still staring*

Huh? What? Oh yeah .. let’s continue. Here you see 2 large blades cutting them up into individual pieces. Once cut, each are then individually cut into their rightful shape. There are no short cuts here, each are cut with precision and very very seasoned hands!



*Lasker has reached the end of the production line*

Whew, what an experience! At last we have come to the end of the line where all the finally ready stickers are packed and shipped off. Each of them are stacked up and bind together with rubber bands and kept in a recycled Tesco plastic bags.

*Seeing Lasker staring and drooling at the finished Stickers, a factory’s representative (dressed in white office wear, btw ) walked towards him and with a sweet smile, offers a stack of the stickers to Lasker*

Woopeedooo!! I got so many! Guess I'll be giving this away to all Shouters ... So be sure to ask some from me when you meet me. I'll also be giving to AlvinC when I see him. He'll bring them to the Karaoke session in KL. If you are in KL and you want some, be sure to go to this event.
