You have been posting pictures onto ShoutOutLounge for quite some time now. Some of you are lucky enough to try out Picture Fight, where a designated person choose a topic and everyone begin posting funny pictures that fit that theme.
Once again, it’s time for an upgrade. ShoutOut is now focusing on upgrading its Picture module and let us tell you first, it is pretty huge. Hence, our strategy is to divide the upgrades into multiple phases from Phase I to Phase V (maybe more). This is so that you can enjoy the completed modules while we continue to work on the others in the meantime. You also can give us feedbacks on the launched modules.
So what is in store for you in Phase I?
Commenting capability for Pictures. This means for each picture, you can comment on it and see what everybody’s comments are. Comments can range from something comical you see on the picture to some constructive criticism on how to improve the picture taking. As usual with all ShoutOut’s features, emoticons, web address detection and others will function as well.
After Phase I?
This commenting system is a base upon which other phases are build on. Stay tuned for Phase II! 
In Phase II, it will be about how popular the picture you uploaded is. Number of views will be part of Phase II and the other one, well, you have to wait and see!
We are truly excited to quickly launch this module and see what happens. We hope you are too.
