HOWEVER, it has it's pros and cons..<BR/><BR/>Whispering is sometimes useful and essential, BUT...<BR/>Too much whispering in ShoutOut causes others who are not involved in whispering to be left out.. =X<BR/><BR/>Besides that, it also makes the Shouts hard to read because the "whispers to ..." shouts is mixed with normal shouts.
